Medicare Physio - CDM
Do you have a medicare CDM (Chromic Disease Management) or EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan from your GP and want to use it for an in-home physiotherapist?
Roaming Rehab provides medicare clients with mobile physiotherapy services around the Adelaide metro region and beyond. We give access to high-quality physiotherapy care tailored to clients unique needs.
We will have everything we need to carry out in-home treatments of any type. Whether it be for:

How To Pay With Medicare
If you have a CDM/EPC plan from your GP then you will have access to up to 5 Physiotherapy sessions per calendar year (depending on your individual plan).
This allows you to subsidise each of your treatment sessions by $58 (April 2024)
